When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, order details, shipping selection, and transaction information, including the payment amount, status, reference, and receipt.
Payment card information is submitted directly to Stripe. Story Leaf does not receive or store your complete card number.
When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, including your contact details, order information, and message.
When you visit the store, our website and service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, cookie identifiers, pages visited, referring page, and visit date and time.
How We Use and Disclose Information
We use information to process payments, calculate taxes and shipping costs, fulfill orders, send order updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain the store, analyze website traffic, and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.
We disclose information to providers that support these activities:

- USPS and shipping or fulfillment providers: Names, shipping addresses, and package details needed to calculate postage and deliver orders.
- Amazon Web Services: Website hosting, data storage, and transactional email delivery.
- Google Analytics: Website activity, cookie identifiers, device and browser information, and approximate location used to measure store traffic.
Our website support contractors and professional advisers may access information as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information to comply with law, prevent fraud, protect safety, or defend legal rights.
Story Leaf does not sell or disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
